2. Orders & Payments

  • All prices on our website are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

  • GOATED Signature reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.
  • If your order is canceled, you will be refunded to your original payment method.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship domestically and internationally. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
  • Once an order has shipped, GOATED Signature is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error will not be eligible for refunds.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Final sale, custom, and limited-edition items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • To initiate a return, email goatedsignature@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, and content on GOATED Signature are the exclusive property of GOATED Signature and may not be used, copied, or distributed without permission.

  • GOATED Signature is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
  • We do not guarantee that our website will be error-free or uninterrupted.
