At GOATED Signature, we are committed to ensuring your order is shipped quickly and securely. Please review our shipping policy for details on processing times, shipping rates, and delivery expectations.
1. Order Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Domestic (U.S.) Shipping:
- Economy (5-8 business days): $4.99 - $6.99
- Standard (3-5 business days): $6.99 - $9.99
- Expedited (2-3 business days): $9.99 - $14.99
- Overnight (1 business day): $24.99 - $39.99
Free shipping on orders over $100 (U.S. only).
International Shipping:
- Standard (7-21 business days): $14.99 - $24.99
- Expedited (5-10 business days): $24.99 - $39.99
- DHL Express (3-5 business days): $39.99 - $59.99
Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. GOATED Signature is not responsible for these charges.
3. Tracking & Delivery
- Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the carrier’s system.
- If your package is marked delivered but not received, please check with your local post office or neighbors before contacting support.
4. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- GOATED Signature is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once they are in the carrier’s hands.
- If your order is lost or stolen, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information
- Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details at checkout.
- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error will not be eligible for refunds.
- If you realize an error, contact us at goatedsignature@gmail.com immediately. If your order has not shipped, we will do our best to correct it.
