Returns & Exchanges

• Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Exchanges: We offer free exchanges for the same product while supplies last.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Custom or limited-edition drops are final sale due to exclusivity.
• Any item showing signs of wear, wash, or damage will not be accepted for return.

How to Start a Return

1. Email goatedsignature@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide a return shipping label (return shipping fees may apply).
3. Send back your item and wait for confirmation and refund or exchange processing.
